When we are hungry sometimes we eat more than we see ourselves eating. I happened to have eaten everything there is to eat and not hurl it right back by mere thought of the food option. The dilemma I find myself in is now instead of simple nourishment to stay alive, I have slipped on the peel of a mind state that searches first by feeling and then price. The question I pose at this time as a writer is simply out loud what is the one entree, meal, snack, etc., you feel you can eat and never be sick of eating it?" I myself have selected a couple of items one being spaghetti and the other being grapes!

"This Texas Heat ain't punking out right now! There have got to be alterntives to burning up and keeping the cool even if the a/c ain't working. Here are a list of suggestions as I have found myself to be consistent with my personal income." 
1. If you drive without a/c in your ride try to keep a cool beverage to keep your body temperature relaxed as possible.
2. Try to let more things roll of your back in the summer time as anger generates alot of heat!
3. Try to think of that sexy person at night to keep you from internal combustion in day!
4. A Cool damp rag is a simple solution when moving about in the celsius of it all!
5. Find a novelty store that carries one of those little fans that stream mist as well. Very lo cost.
6. Ice cream in the day if you are doing alot of walking but calories wise it ain't worth it!
7. All Hoopties Must Park In Shaded Areas only as it takes to long to cool off when baking!
