Sinner Saint "Organ Donor?"

I was watching Steve Harvey's Finale stand up and he mentioned being an organ donor. I thought to myself and politely smiled out loud thinking, "who walks around carrying an organ?" I play keyboard using the cluck method. I guess next people are going to ask you to donate a piano. I know it's not really as visual in description as you like, but if it is 4:20pm anywhere you may be someone is smiling.  Why? Because they know exactly what I am saying and I'm not even high on anything other than pure thought and energy.
