Treat it like professional sports leagues. Draft your player based on the stats, potential to coach, and ability to play in all scenarios of the game. Coaching requires communication. Stats require observation of play. Once you both agree to terms of the contract play to win for the team. Right now the average female doesnt have a clue what eye said. Men seek a FRANCHISE player for his team. If you as women want love then stop complaining about money. If you as women want money then stop sacrificing in love and become a FRANCHISE player. Own your franchise. You are the best General Manager, Head Coach, Owner, and Player. #BuildTheRightTeam by communicating the truth at all times with the true athlete of your life

However, why give into love before verifying a mates credentials and resume? Its easily avoided by refusing to settle for less than your worth and standards. Sumn even I should have done at 19. Playoffs to Championship. Keep in mind sometimes you get your trophies early. It's ok.
